Rodin and Dance
From 7 April to 22 July 2018
This exhibition highlights Rodin's encounter with the world of dance, around the famous series of Dance Movements never exhibited during the lifetime of the sculptor and fifty or so drawings. Rodin's fascination with dance will be evoked through his encounters with the dancers of the time, such as Isadora Duncan, Loïe Fuller, Cambodian dancers and Hanako the Japanese dancer. A body of exceptional works will bring together sculptures, photographs, drawings and antiques, plunging the visitor into a world of grace and poetry.
Member offer: Reduced price of 7 € instead of 10 € on presentation of the Carte blanche, valid for the member and an accompanying person for the Duo card, for the duration of the exhibition.
