Eliance catering

The company, Eliance Orsay, contracted caterers for the Musée d'Orsay, will be pleased to provide a quotation. It can offer suggestions for cocktails or dinners for any event held at the museum. Eliance has exclusivity for breakfast catering.

Outside caterers and other suppliers

You can opt for a caterer other than Eliance (a list of recommended caterers is available near the Venue Hire section). In this case they will remit 10% of their gross turnover to Eliance in return for services during the function: loan of facilities, furniture, kitchens, duty staff and cleaning.

Venue Hire can advise on other options: son et lumiere shows, musical events, etc. All suppliers must note terms and conditions for special events at the Musée d'Orsay.

We make every effort to offer your guests a high quality visit to the collections and temporary exhibitions, and so we provide priority access to the services of Musée d'Orsay guides. Depending on the shape of your event and the profile of your guests, we can suggest appropriate themes.

The museum bookshop-store has a wide selection of books and gifts: exhibition catalogues, beautiful books, sculpture reproductions, etc. Certain publications can be personalised. Please ask us for more details.
