The Avant-scènes Competition

ARCHIVE
1970

The Avant-scènes competition of the Superior National Conservatory of Music in Paris introduces young performers, preparing for a professional career, to the often-tough reality of international competition. For the third consecutive year, the examinations will take place in the Musée d’Orsay auditorium, allowing the audience to follow them live, and to see for themselves the sheer talent of this young generation of musicians, and the demands that they face.
