This exhibition brings out the originality and diversity of Toulouse-Lautrec's work. Breaking down barriers between minor and major art, he gave fresh impetus to art in the last decade of the nineteenth century. Moreover, his "multiple art", particularly the posters designed for the street, is not devoid of close links with Japanese art.
