Musée d'Orsay: Facilities

Wi-Fi available for all

This is a free service available to all. To connect, choose the network Musee_Orsay_Public or Musee_Orangerie_Public. Once you have accepted the general conditions of use, you will be redirected to the museum’s website and can freely browse the Internet. Once Wi-Fi access has been registered on your device, you will be automatically connected in the areas covered.

Cloakrooms are free of charge for individual visitors and groups, to store coats, large umbrellas, small suitcases and bags, but not valuables such as cameras, money, identity documents, fur coats, etc. Only suitcases, travel bags and backpacks smaller than 60 x 40 cm are allowed. They may be left in the cloakroom subject to space - otherwise access to the museum can not be granted.

People with reduced mobility or with pushchairs can access the whole of the museum area, temporary exhibitions and commercial areas, using lifts and access ramps.

The museum has many toilets, some of which are equipped for disabled visitors (closed at 5.30pm).
