Carte blanche conditions

  • The Carte blanche can be used by the named person only, and may not be lent to another.
  • It is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  • The Carte blanche must be presented for inspection on admission. Should you forget your card, you will not be admitted to the museums.
  • Duo cardholders can bring the guest of their choice on each visit and he or she can enjoy unlimited access through the reserved entrance, special rates for individual tickets to cultural events and in our partner institutions…

Reserved access

  • At the Musée d'Orsay, members can enter through the reserved entrance C, on the right hand side of the museum, on presentation of their membership card.
  • Admission is from 9am. (This benefit, exclusively for the Carte blanche cardholder and his or her guest on the Duo option, is subject to occasional changes to the opening times of the Musée d'Orsay).
  • At the Musée de l'Orangerie, cardholders have priority admission on presentation of their membership card.

Lost or Stolen Carte Blanche

Should your card be lost or stolen, a duplicate will be issued on request, at a rate of €5. You can request a duplicate here inserting "duplicata" in the Subject box or by telephoning +33 (0)1 40 49 47 28.
