Accessibility and services

Canes with mouthpieces are permitted throughout.

Guide dogs are welcome at the museum. Dogs in training are also admitted. Proof of identity may be required.

Visiting the collections with optical aids is permitted, but must be reported to the supervisory staff present. (The museum does not lend optical aids).

Tactile and audio-described tours

The museum offers guided tours of its permanent collections and some temporary exhibitions, led by a museum lecturer. These tours are based on audio description and the touch of 3D images.

You can also visit the museum's temporary exhibitions.

For a more comfortable visit, we recommend that you limit the number of participants to a maximum of 5 visually impaired or blind people and 5 accompanying adults.

Reservations required for groups of 7 or more and up to 25 people (including accompanying adults). For a more comfortable visit, we recommend limiting the number of visually impaired participants to 5.
