Maison d'orfèvrerie fondée en 1810 sous le nom de Hautin, elle fut reprise par le neveu du fondateur Adolphe Boulenger et prit le nom de "A. Boulenger & Cie". A sa mort en 1898, son fils Adolphe repris sa suite, et la maison prit le nom de "Ch. Boulenger & Cie".
