The triumph of melody and Lied

Because it was at the heart of the artistic revolution of the second half of the 19^th century in the same way as painting, music resonates perfectly with the collections of the Musée d'Orsay. Driven by the desire to build a bridge between music and the visual arts, the Musée d'Orsay and the Fondation Royaumont joined forces in 2018 in the creation of a unique academy dedicated to the art of melody and lied.
